  1. What is the INFRA Partner Program?

The INFRA Partner Program is an avenue for Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators and potential Distributors to partner with Infratel and offer proven and world-class solutions such as Infra Call Center and Infra Comm Server to their end-user clients.

  1. What are the benefits of partnering with Infratel?

Infratel provides highly attractive margins to our partners so that they can easily penetrate their client base with our world-class and innovative solutions. In addition, we work closely with our partners to ensure that solutions are delivered to end-user clients with the highest efficiency.   1. What are the different categories of partnership available?

All of our partners are entitled to sell and promote Infratel’s solutions as well as provide related professional services and also first-line support to their end-users. There are different categories available depending on the length of association with Infratel and also the demonstrated ability of the respective partners. More details can be obtained from the INFRA Partner Guide .

  1. What are the solutions that I can offer to my clients?

Infratel is a leader today in respect of developing Fully IP-based contact center solutions that meet very broad requirements of modern call centers ranging from one to thousands agent seats.

Infra Comm Server is an innovative IP-PBX solution that can be adopted by any commercial office in the world. It has such capabilities as Unified Messaging, Microsoft Outlook integration, embedded IVR, Conference Server and centralized Call Recording.

Infratel’s entire offerings are purely software-based and is fully designed to meet the industry standard SIP protocol.

  1. What are the fees associated with the INFRA Partner Program?

Absolutely Nothing! Infratel do not charge our partners to be part of the INFRA Partner Program. All we want from the partner is their dedication to promote Infratel’s solutions and also their ability to deliver the solutions according to the service standard benchmarks that we have adopted.

  1. Is training provided to partners?

Most certainly! It is our desire for our partners to be able to comprehend, promote and deliver Infratel’s solutions at the highest level. Infratel provide training to our partners via different avenues: on-site, online, etc

  1. Are partners provided with Marketing Funds?

As we are relatively new in some parts of the world, we will work closely with our partners to promote the Infratel brand. Naturally, we will be keen to participate jointly with our partners in selected marketing campaigns and promotions.

In addition, partners are also entitled to various marketing coop funding based on their sales volume of Infratel’s solutions.

  1. Is my business eligible for the INFRA Partner Program?

We seek out partners that have demonstrated abilities in offering technology solutions to Contact Centers and also PBX solutions to commercial offices. Partners who wish to venture into the Contact Center technology offerings may also be favourably considered if they have immediate business opportunities and also if they have experience in specific vertical industries. We will work closely with all of our partners to ensure that maximum transfer of knowledge is achieved.

  1. How do I go about being a partner?

We’d like to understand a bit about your business before we proceed. Please visit the Partner Application page and provide us the brief information that we ask from you. Upon submission, a local or regional representative of Infratel will be in touch with your good organisation within a few days

  1. I am not an Infratel partner yet but my client has an immediate requirement. What should I do to retain this opportunity?

Please contact us at partners@infratel.com with details of the opportunity so that we can escalate the engagement process.

  1. I don’t have enough resources to provide professional services such as installation, integration or support but perhaps I can make a reference to you to my prospective customers. Do you accept such referrals and what are my benefits?

We do not currently have a structured Referrer Partner Program; nevertheless we’ll manage the opportunity together with you. We may deal directly with your prospect or we may refer your prospect to one of our existing partners. In any case, you’ll be duly rewarded for the referral(s). Please contact us directly at partners@infratel.com so that we can advise you further.

  1. How long does it take to get all the components of your products to start installation on a customer site?

Unlike other vendor solutions which contain proprietary hardware devices, and thus having long delivery times, our solutions are fully software based. Partners receive the software instantly by downloading the software from the partner portal, while the respective licences will be dispatched just as quickly via email.
Other components such as the Windows operating system, Intel servers, SIP gateways and SIP phones can be purchased from a dealer or retailer near you.
Even at the onset of our products development phase, we have always identified Ease and Speed of Installation as primary criteria of the finished solution. We are proud to state that an experienced technician or engineer can easily set the system up and running within 4 hours!

  1. What are the benefits of being your partner instead of with your competitor(s)?

We need to outline some of the major advantages like flexibility, transparent price structure, fast delivery, fast deployment, fast upgrades, innovative all-in-one product, high usability of each and every feature, dedicated partner enquiry and feedback hotline, full set of online trainings and certification.
In fact, we even provide you with free licenses of Infra Comm Server immediately after you have satisfied all partnership criteria and initial appointment. We will also provide you free licenses of Infra Call Center (for internal use only) after the first sale and free licenses for demonstrations immediately after signup.

  1. How can I evaluate your solutions before proposing them to my customers?

Please visit our Partner Application webpage to get the ball rolling. After we have identified you as a genuine partner prospect and having satisfied all Non-Disclosure (NDA) requirements, we will provide you with a trial copy of the software for your evaluation. We will of course insist that you attend an online demonstration session with us so that you have a better understanding on how to navigate the rich feature sets contained within our offerings. This session can be done at any time convenient to you.
