About Infratel

A Growing Company With A World-Class Vision!

Infratel, Inc was founded in 1999. The pioneers of the company were key former managers and engineers of Genesys Labs (now an Alcatel-Lucent company). With this core foundation team, Infratel, Inc. set out to develop from the ground up a suite of interaction solutions designed primarily for the small and medium-sized contact centers as well as corporate PBX telephony.

Initially, the solutions developed were a hybrid mix of analog and digital technologies that include software as well as hardware components. Since 2005, Infratel, Inc. has focused on developing solutions based entirely on the IP platform. Today, our flagship product, Infra Call Center, is a pure SIP-based application based primarily on the Microsoft Windows™ Server architecture. Our corporate telephony solution, namely Infra CommSuite, is today one of a very few Microsoft Windows™-based IP PBX solutions available on the market.

Today, there are hundreds client installations of Infra Call Center and many, many more deployments of Infra CommSuite. In total, there are more than 10,000 users and agents worldwide employing Infratel's suite of products in their day-to-day work.

Infratel, Inc. will continue to strive to produce best-of-breed communications solutions with the lowest Total Costs of Ownership (TCO). Our products have been designed with enterprise-grade features but priced to fit the budgets of small and medium-sized companies, and yet able to scale to the needs of major corporations in the world.
